Cascading Price Lists

Manage fallback layers on price lists. The layers field defines a fallback price list that the system evaluates when a price record is not found in the primary list, before resolving to the catalog price.

The endpoints below are the existing Price Lists API endpoints. No new endpoints are introduced — cascading is enabled by including the layers field in requests to the standard price list create and update endpoints.
