We’ve rebuilt the BigCommerce Developer Center from the ground up to help you find answers faster and build integrations more efficiently.
What’s new
- Ask AI — An AI-powered assistant is now available directly in the header. Ask questions about BigCommerce APIs, integrations, or storefronts and get answers with links to the relevant documentation.
- Full-text search — Search across all documentation, API references, and learning content with faster, more accurate results.
- Streamlined navigation — A five-tab layout (Docs, API Reference, Learn, Community, Changelog) gives you quick access to every resource from the header.
- API status badges — Color-coded Experimental, Alpha, and Beta badges on API endpoints make it easy to see availability at a glance.
Bookmarks and links
Some URLs have changed as part of the site restructure. If a bookmarked link no longer works, use Ask AI or Search in the header to find what you need.
