# Catalyst version 1.10.1 release notes

> Catalyst 1.10.1 picks up the July 2026 Next.js security release, fixes localized content falling back to the default language after ISR revalidation, and restyles promotion callouts.

Catalyst 1.10.1 is a patch release. It upgrades Next.js to pick up the July 2026 security release, fixes localized product, category, and brand content falling back to the default language after revalidation, and moves promotion callouts onto Storefront Kit's built-in styling. ## Next.js security release

Next.js is upgraded from 16.2.6 to 16.2.11 to pick up the [July 2026 security release](https://nextjs.org/blog/july-2026-security-release).

## Localized content after ISR revalidation

Product, category, and brand content fell back to the default language after ISR revalidation.

`generateMetadata` fetched page data through `cache()`-memoized loaders before calling `setRequestLocale`. During background regeneration there is no request in scope, so next-intl could not resolve the locale, the storefront client omitted `Accept-Language`, and the default-locale response poisoned the memoized cache for the whole render — not just for the metadata.

`setRequestLocale(locale)` is now called before the fetch in each `generateMetadata`.

## Promotion callout styling

Promotion callouts, added to the PDP and PLP in [1.9.0](/developer/docs/storefront/catalyst/release-notes/1-9-0) and extended to the homepage in [1.10.0](/developer/docs/storefront/catalyst/release-notes/1-10-0), now use Storefront Kit's built-in `warning` variant instead of custom Tailwind classes.

This bumps `storefront-kit` to `^0.32.3`, whose `styles` stylesheet is now plain CSS and so imports cleanly under Turbopack, and wires up `storefront-kit/styles` plus the Storefront Kit `dist` content path so the callout's design-system tokens resolve out of the box.
