## Paginate `catalyst logs query` results with cursors

The Catalyst CLI's `logs query` command now supports cursor-based pagination, so you can page through more than `--limit` entries in a single time window instead of only ever seeing the newest ones.

* **`--after <cursor>`** — fetch the next (older) page, using the `end_cursor` from a previous page
* **`--before <cursor>`** — fetch the previous (newer) page, using the `start_cursor` from a previous page
* **Printed hints** — when more entries are available, the CLI prints a ready-to-run command with the right `--after`/`--before` flag already filled in; `--format json` emits the cursors as a trailing `{"meta": ...}` line instead
