## API Updates and Announcement for March 30, 2023

The [Update an Order](/developer/api-reference/rest/admin/management/orders) endpoint now has the capability to update the custom form field on an existing order.

**Announcement**

BigCommerce is **preparing** to deprecate our current [node-sass](https://github.com/bigcommerce-labs/node-sass) compiler in favor of the more modern [dart-sass](https://sass-lang.com/dart-sass). This upgrade allows us to ensure the security of our platform, support Node 18 in Stencil CLI, and ensure we’re not running any out-of-date software which may be at additional risk for security vulnerabilities.
