* Added the `channel_id` query parameter to the [GET](/developer/api-reference/rest/admin/management/settings/store-locale/get-settings-locale) and [PUT](/developer/api-reference/rest/admin/management/settings/store-locale/update-settings-locale) Locale Settings endpoints.

**Announcement**

* The new webhook cleanup policy requires the removal of inactive webhook subscriptions after 90 days of inactivity.
