## API Updates for December 9, 2021

**API**

* Added `store/order/transaction/created` and `store/order/transaction/updated` webhook events. Please note that if your application uses the store/order/\* scope to create webhooks, it will start receiving this event and should be prepared to respond with a 200 status code. See Handling callbacks for more details.

* Created Widget Builder Guide for the newly-released [Widget Builder](https://github.com/bigcommerce/widget-builder) development tool.

* Updates to the Tools and Resources page and the API Docs' Building Apps section's Quick Start, Guide, and Build a Next.js Sample App tutorial reflect continuing support for app developers.
