## Fields

- `firstName` — The first name of the customer.
- `lastName` — The last name of the customer.
- `email` — The email of the customer.
- `phone` — The phone number of the customer.
- `company` — The company of the customer.
- `formFields` — The custom form fields that the customer filled out.
