Strategy used to select a shipping option.

## Values

- `LEAST_EXPENSIVE` — Select the least expensive shipping option.
- `LEAST_EXPENSIVE_EXCLUDING_PICK_UP` — Select the least expensive shipping option, excluding pickup options.
- `MOST_EXPENSIVE` — Select the most expensive shipping option.
