GraphQL enum

Why a channel currently isn't connected to Google.

## Values

- `NOT_LINKED` — The merchant hasn't completed the account-linking popup flow yet, or a previously linked account was revoked and hasn't been relinked.
- `UCP_PROGRAM_AWAITING_GOOGLE_PROCESSING` — Both requests above have succeeded, but Google hasn't yet reported the ucp-integration program as enabled.
- `UCP_PROGRAM_ENABLE_NOT_REQUESTED` — The merchant's store hasn't successfully requested that Google enable the ucp-integration program yet.
- `UCP_SETTINGS_PUBLISH_NOT_REQUESTED` — The merchant's store hasn't successfully requested that Google publish the UCP settings (well-known URI) yet.
